Nursing care involves support of nurses who are on duty 24 hours and it is usually meant for people with ongoing and complex health conditions.
Dementia Care
24 hour care for residents with dementia and complex health conditions. The Grange provides support for people with dementia to feel secure, well looked after and happy in friendly and caring surroundings.
Intermediate care
Intermediate care is for people who have been discharged from hospitals and require a period of care to facilitate rehabilitation and enforce confidence.
Palliative and end of life care
We provide support for residents with terminal illnesses by making them comfortable and being compassionate and ensuring that their wishes are understood and well met.
The Home possesses some specialised equipment for the use of residents with sensory loss such as loss of sight and hearing and adopt Accessible Information Standards.
