Care Assistants

People with a passion for care, empathy, commitment and a desire to grow their career. Experience in care is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

 

Preferred Care Certificate/NVQ2 qualification. The job entails providing personal care to elderly residents in a residential/nursing care environment who may have complex health conditions including dementia.

 

Candidates should also be flexible to take up other roles in the laundry and kitchen and should be able to work seamlessly with the other team members in order to achieve the best outcome for residents. 33 to 44 hours per week or could be considered as a bank worker.

 

Wages are the Minimum as per government guidelines for the particular age group.
